ABOUT ME
I moved to Richmond in 1999 after growing up just outside of Lynchburg and graduating from the University of Virginia’s School of Architecture. While at UVA, I spent several years studying with some of the best creative minds in the country learning to “think differently” and develop creative solutions to everyday problems. I've carried this knowledge / skill into everything I've done since.
Clients have used terms such as earnest, empathetic, knowledgeable, professional, hard-working, tenacious, methodical, creative, and precise to describe me. I've earned a reputation for a strong understanding of real estate market dynamics as well as creativity, persistence, hard work, and a “client first” attitude. I combine those traits and passion with a skill I refers to as ”connecting the dots.” In other words, I've learned to listen carefully to every conversation, draw connections between them, and solve problems by connecting people with complementary needs and/or abilities. This approach has proven successful not only while buying, renovating and selling my own properties, but also in working with my real estate clients, small businesses, and many of Richmond’s Fortune 500. In fact, I've has received many commendations and awards for leadership and production over the course of a successful career.
Whether it is working with buyers, sellers or investors, I am genuinely interested in helping people realize their dreams and making the world around us a better place.
